 SHIPPING POLICY

 We, at NIMAI, know how important it is to receive your purchased products in   the finest condition, and on time. We ship through leading courier services and   give you the option of tracking your order online after it is shipped from our   office.

 Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above INR 5000. For orders below that, we charge a flat  fee of INR 100. All COD orders will be charged as applicable.

 WHEN DO WE DELIVER

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within the Estimated delivery time written against each individual product. (Please see ‘Shipping and Returns’ against each product)
  • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization
  • We are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed.
  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
  • If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders
  • We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
  • All orders require a signature upon receipt.
