ORDER

  1. HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

    If you know what you are looking for, use the EAR, NECK, HAND, FINGER, BODY, QUICK BUYS tab or other tabs to browse through our products. You can also shop by browsing directly by designer.

    Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button underneath the item.

    Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING BAG link at the top of the page. You can use the REMOVE FROM BASKET option to delete items.

    Click PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order.

  2. DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

    Yes. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select products you like. However, to complete a purchase you will need to create an account. The process is quick and simple.

  3. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and tracking number.

    You can also visit the Track Order page in your My Account section to see the latest status.

  4. CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all items delivered together, cancel your current order and place a new one including all required products.

  5. I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER. WHEN WILL THE REMAINING ITEMS BE DELIVERED?

    If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

  6. DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

    Yes. Due to the high value of our products, proof of delivery is required. Orders cannot be delivered without a signature.

  7. HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER & WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED?

    After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  8. HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

    All items are available unless marked as SOLD OUT. Please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved until checkout is completed.

  9. CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?

    Products marked as Out of Stock are currently unavailable. However, you can use the Show Interest option and we will notify you if the item becomes available.

GENERAL

  1. IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

    Your personal information is kept private and confidential. We never rent or sell your information.

    NIMAI may occasionally use your contact details to inform you about new arrivals, promotions, and updates.

  2. ARE THE COLOURS OF THE PRODUCTS SHOWN ONLINE ACCURATE?

    We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, screen settings and device displays may vary, so colours may appear slightly different.

  3. HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

    If you forgot your password, follow the FORGOT PASSWORD instructions on the sign-in page.

  4. HOW DO I KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS ARE AUTHENTIC?

    As an authorized online distributor for all featured designers, we guarantee that every item sold on our website is 100% authentic.

    Please note that we cannot comment on the authenticity of products not purchased from www.shopnimai.com.

PAYMENT

  1. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES NIMAI ACCEPT?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards.

    Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select locations.

    No other payment methods are accepted.

  2. WHAT ARE NIMAI STORE CREDITS?

    NIMAI Store Credit can be used for purchases on www.shopnimai.in.

    If an order is returned, refunds are issued as Store Credit which can be used for future purchases. Store Credit is valid for 1 year.

    Please note that Store Credit cannot be converted into cash or transferred to another account.

  3. WHY DO I NEED TO RE-ENTER MY CARD DETAILS WHEN UPDATING MY ADDRESS?

    For security purposes, if you request delivery to a new address, we ask you to re-enter your credit or debit card details. This precaution helps protect your personal information.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  1. WHAT IS CASH ON DELIVERY?

    Cash on Delivery allows you to pay in cash when the product is delivered to your doorstep instead of paying online.

    This is a cash-only method. E-gift vouchers and store credits cannot be used for COD orders. Only Indian Rupees are accepted.

  2. ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR COD?

    COD is not available in all locations. Enter your pin code during checkout to check availability. Additional COD charges may apply.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Currently we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon.

  2. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER DISPATCH?

    Orders cannot be redirected once they have been dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

  3. HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?

    Shipping is FREE for orders above INR 7500.

    Orders below that amount incur a flat shipping fee of INR 100.

  4. HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

    Please refer to the delivery timelines mentioned during checkout.

  5. CAN I RETURN ITEMS AFTER DELIVERY?

    Most items are Final Sale. Please refer to our full return policy for details.

  6. WILL I GET A REFUND IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY?

    Please review our refund policy for full details.

  7. I WAS NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times.

    You may coordinate with the courier executive for a suitable delivery time.

    If delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be cancelled and store credit will be issued within 10 days.
