- HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
If you know what you are looking for, use the EAR, NECK, HAND, FINGER, BODY, QUICK BUYS tab or other tabs to browse through our products. You can also shop by browsing directly by designer.
Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button underneath each item.
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE FROM BASKET' option to delete items from your shopping bag.
Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.
- DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
Yes. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select products you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account, which is a fairly easy process.
- HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. Please visit the ‘’Track Order’’ page in your My Account to get the most up-to-date status of your Order. For more information about your order please Contact Us by writing an email to ____________
- CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
- I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER. WHEN WILL THE REMAINING ITEMS BE DELIVERED?
If your order contains multiple items, some items may be shipped separately so that we can ensure prompt delivery. Track your order online to obtain the most up-to-date status on each item of your order or reach out to us at help@shopnimai.com.
- DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.
- HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER & WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT?
After you place your order, you will be sent a confirmation email for the same.
- HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
- CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT THAT IS 'OUT OF STOCK'?
Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale on the site. If you are still interested then please use the ‘show interest’ icon and we will be happy to reach out to you as soon as we can make the piece available to you.

- ARE THE COLOURS OF THE PRODUCTS SHOWN ONLINE ACCURATE?
While we have made all efforts to display accurately the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display will be completely accurate. The colors in computer monitors and electronic devices may vary.
- HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

- HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU SELL ARE AUTHENTIC?
As an authorized online distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.
Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from www. shopnimai.com.
PAYMENT
- WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DOES NIMAI ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards.
We also have a Cash-on-Delivery option for select locations
Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.
- WHAT ARE NIMAI STORE CREDITS?
NIMAI Store Credit is a kind of money that can be used for purchase on www.shopnimai.in only.
When an order is returned, the refund is made through Store Credits, which can be used for future purchase on shopnimai.in. The validity period for Store Credits is 1 year.
Please note:
Store Credits are non-convertible and non-transferrable i.e. they cannot be converted into cash/bank credit and cannot be transferred from one account to another.
- WHY DO I NEED TO RE-ENTER MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS WHEN I ADD A NEW ADDRESS OR UPDATE ANY INFORMATION?
For your security, whenever you request delivery to a new address we will ask you to provide new credit or debit card details (if you have previously stored them with us). We hope you understand that this is a valuable precaution designed to protect your personal information.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- WHAT IS CASH ON DELIVERY?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on our site, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Only Indian Rupees accepted.
- ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR COD?
Shopnimai.in does not offer COD at all locations. Please enter your Pin Code/Zip Code to check the availability of COD option at your location. COD charges are applicable.

- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT INCASE I CHANGE MY MIND?

- DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only ship within India. However, we are working on making a provision for international shipments, so stay tuned for more information soon J
- CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
- HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?
Please note that shipping is FREE for all orders above INR 7500. Below that, we charge a flat fee of INR 100 on all individual orders.
- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET DELIVERED?

- CAN I RETURN ANY ITEMS PURCHASED AFTER I RECEIVE THEM?

- I was not home when the courier person tried to deliver the order. How can I get my order now?
Our courier partner will make at least 3 attempts to deliver your order at your address. If you wish the order to be delivered at a preferred time or at a later date, please coordinate the same with the field executive/ courier person, when he gets in touch with you.
P.S- If our courier partner fails to deliver your order after 3 attempts; your order will be automatically cancelled. In such scenarios, we will provide you with store credits of the same amount within 10 days of cancellation.
