These Terms are a legally binding document between you (“you” or “user” or “your” or “buyer” or “customer”) and Be Nimai Jewelry Private Limited, a company incorporated under Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at B4/201, 3rd Floor, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi - 110029, India (hereinafter the “Company” or “seller”) where the seller has made the offer to sell the products by listing the same on this website www.shopnimai.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and buyer has accepted such offer of the seller by agreeing to buy the product so offered on the Site.
